Great service and cheaper than using my phones travel plan for the whole family. An absolute necessity when travelling in the netherlands and Europe. The pocketwifi unit was dropped off at my hotel before I arrived and upon leaving all I had to do was put it back in the envelope and leave it at the front desk for pickup. Easy convienent service
