  • Our packages are delivered with the router of your choice. Within our range, you will find 4G+ and 5G routers with different specifications. In addition to the router, the package includes all necessary accessories, including a SIM card, charger, charging cable, manual, and a sturdy case.

  • We deliver routers with 4G and 5G coverage which both come with different speeds. The exact speed depends on your location and the package you take.

  • Super simple! The router receives the connection via 4G and 5G SIM cards. We configure everything for you in advance, so all you have to do is plug it in. Plug and Play!

  • It is often difficult to determine exactly how much data you will need, because there are countless apps and programs that generate data traffic.

    Limited internet use (approximately 500MB/day per person): This applies if you mainly email, use WhatsApp and occasionally surf.

    Average internet usage (about 1GB/day per person): If you are constantly online, use Social Media and various other apps.

    Intensive internet use (about 3 to 5GB/day per person): This applies if you are not only constantly online, but also use apps that use a lot of data, such as YouTube or other streaming services.

    Based on this information, try to estimate the amount of data you will need over the required period. Don't forget to disable automatic updates to avoid unnecessary data usage!

  • We offer an unlimited bundle with a "do not abuse" policy, which means we don't have strict daily or monthly limits and won't slow down your speed even with heavy usage. However, we ask for responsible use to avoid overloading our provider's mobile network. We want to ensure that the network remains usable for others in the area.

    In the event of repeated or serious violations of this fair use policy, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently terminate your access to the internet or your subscription. However, we will always give a warning first.

    In general, as long as you use less than 500GB monthly, you shouldn't have any problems (with some exceptions). Between 500GB and 750GB depending on your usage pattern and network capacity. When used above 750GB there is a significant risk of network overload. An average family usually uses no more than 250GB.

    If you stick to an average daily use of approximately 25GB and do not have extreme peaks (for example 100GB in one day), you stay within the limits of the fair use policy."

  • At the airport, you can collect the pocketwifi at our pick-up point (the baggage storage arrival hall 1-2). We need a reservation upfront to drop it off before your arrival. You will receive detailed instructions on how to pick it up. It’s super easy and convenient.

    In the checkout form, we ask for a shipping address when you key in Schiphol Boulevard the rest of the address will be filled in automatically. You can also use address: Evert van de beekstraat 202, 1118 CP Schiphol.

  • When you rent a package from us, we ask you to pay a pre-authorization of 50 euros during the checkout process. This means we do not charge your credit card directly but we are allowed to charge you afterwards in case of loss, damage, or theft. This pre-authorisation will be released immediately once we have received the package again. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of damage, or loss or if the equipment is not returned. In such cases, we are entitled to charge costs.   • Order your desired package via our webshop and pay easily with Debit Card, All Major Credit Cards, PayPal or Apple Pay. If you are a business side and would like to pay by invoice, please contact us.

  • Select your desired temporary internet package in our webshop and place the order via the payment page.

  • You can drop off the pocketwifi at one of the stores of our partner companies POSTNL, DHL or UPS. We will send you the return label digitally free of charge.

    Please note: If you decide to return the package earlier than the agreed rental period, we will not apply a price reduction.
